OUR HUBS
SCOPE USA is a decentralized nonprofit with regional Hubs anchored at campuses, led by student teams.
Our Hub Model uniquely positions SCOPE so our student teams can produce local innovation and address real community needs. SCOPE USA fosters these Hubs by providing funding, connectivity, and other forms of support. We lead from the bottom-up, meaning that our projects are hyper-focused on community needs.

Scope at usf
SCOPE USF is where it all began. What started as an idea from a small team of engineering students quickly grew into a movement focused on building hyper-local solutions to real public safety challenges.
In just a few months, the hub expanded to over 100 members and launched three core initiatives: a community solutions project addressing disaster communication gaps, an emergency response drone initiative, and youth education programs designed to build the next generation of prepared leaders.
Why Start a Hub?
SCOPE Hubs are more than just engineering projects. They support and empower future engineers and leaders with a mind for community, resiliency, and public safety.
By joining or founding a Hub, you’ll unlock a network of like-minded peers and be supported by a national organization.
